个人简介:
纪志坚, 博士、青岛大学系统科学研究院、自动化学院,于2008年破格晋升教授;现为博士生导师、泰山学者特聘专家、山东省杰出青年科学基金获得者、山东省有突出贡献的中青年专家、山东省优秀研究生指导教师;连续入选Elsevier中国高被引学者榜单。入围中国控制理论界的重要奖项“关肇直”奖,是近60名最佳论文奖申请者中的6名入围者之一;以第一位次获得了北京大学的五四奖学金、中国石油奖学金和学术创新奖。
1998年硕士毕业于中国海洋大学, 2005年博士毕业于北京大学。先后以Research Fellow和Research Professor身份出访过加拿大阿尔伯塔大学、美国圣母大学、新加坡国立大学、英国布鲁内耳大学、香港城市大学等国内外知名高校。是中国自动化学会控制理论专业委员会委员、中国系统仿真学会智能物联系统专业委员会委员、和中国管理科学与工程学会复杂系统管理专业委员会委员;是国家自然科学基金委和教育部特约评审员, 首界国家优秀青年基金的会议评审专家, 第四届中国系统科学大会程序委员会副主席。研究方向为群体智能系统复杂性分析与调控、多智能体网络系统、切换与混杂系统、多机器人系统的分布式协同控制, 以及复杂网络的分析与控制等。
以第一位次获山东省自然科学奖二等奖和三等奖各1项,山东省优秀科研成果奖一等奖1项;主持国家自然科学基金5项、国家自然科学基金重点项目子课题1项、山东省杰出青年科学基金1项、香港王宽诚教育基金项目1项。发表学术论文180余篇,其中SCI收录80余篇。

主要学术成果:
纪志坚教授对群体智能系统和切换系统的三大基本问题,即能控性、镇定性和一致性开展了系统深入地研究,主要成果包括:
1. 首次给出了群体智能系统在信息交换图拓扑结构、分布式协议设计和领航者选取这三方面针对能控性和镇定性的统一理解;首次以定量方式揭示了群体系统能控性图理论特征刻画的复杂性成因,归纳提出了获得图理论特征刻画的一般步骤。
2. 突破性地建立了线性切换系统能控实现的切换序列理论,不仅给出了切换系统关于能控的代数和几何判据之间的关系,还第一次通过能控子空间迭代给出了能控实现所需切换序列的构造方法,进而揭示了切换次数与能控子空间维数的关系,并给出了迄今为止能控实现所需的最少切换次数。
3. 得到了一批实现一致性和包围控制的充分和/或必要条件,所获成果揭示了经典稳定性理论在多智能体网络系统研究中的重要应用,成果涉及一致性的快速收敛、二分一致、时变时滞、有向拓扑、切换拓扑和系统的非线性动态等。
